The garden is surrounded by a portion of the ancient walls of Barga, it is in fact possible to see a small tower of defense.
To go there it is necessary to go out of the building and to go round the block, but once there, it is possible to enjoy, especially in summer, of the coolness and of the shade given by the buildings around and by the three great trees, two firs and a maple .
